How long does shipping take?

Most orders arrive within 4–12 business days: 1–5 days to pack and ship, then 3–7 days in transit. Alaska, Hawaii and US territories can take up to 15 business days. You'll get tracking by email as soon as your order ships. See our Shipping Policy.

Where do you ship?

We ship to addresses in the United States.

Why did my order come in more than one box?

Each product ships directly from the US brand that makes it, so items from different brands arrive separately, each with its own tracking number.

What size bed should I get?

Every product page has a size guide. A good rule: measure your pet from nose to the base of the tail while they're lying stretched out, then choose a bed at least that long. If your pet is between sizes or loves to sprawl, size up.

Can I wash the beds?

Yes. Each product page lists its care details. For example, the HuggleFleece mat is machine washable, and the Wasatch Pup bed has a removable, washable cover.

What is your return policy?

You can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. If something arrives damaged, defective or wrong, we'll replace it or refund you in full, and the return is free. For hygiene reasons, beds that have been used can't be returned unless they're damaged or defective. See our Refund Policy.
