1. Who we are

The GP Pets online store is operated by GP Products, a sole proprietorship based in California, USA ("we", "us", "our"). By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Shipping Policy, Refund Policy and Privacy Policy.

2. Using the store

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. You agree to give accurate information when you check out and not to use the site for any unlawful purpose or in a way that could damage or disrupt it.

3. Products and descriptions

Our products are made and shipped by independent US brands. We work to describe products, sizes and colors accurately, but colors can look different on different screens. Size recommendations (for example, by pet weight) are guides only; please check the measurements against your pet. If a product isn't as described, our Refund Policy applies.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars. Shipping costs and any applicable sales tax are shown at checkout before you pay. We may change prices at any time, but changes won't affect orders already placed. If a product is listed at an incorrect price because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

5. Orders

An order confirmation email means we have received your order; it is accepted once it ships. We may decline or cancel an order (for example, if an item is out of stock or we suspect fraud), and if we do, we refund you in full.

7. Pet safety

Please supervise your pet when introducing any new bed, mat or enrichment product, and stop use if it becomes damaged. Our products are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat or prevent any condition.

8. Intellectual property

Text, graphics and other content on this site belong to us or to the brands we work with, and may not be copied without permission.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this site or our products, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.
